NetherPortalFix records which Nether Portal each player used and applies that history when they travel back, directing them to the corresponding origin instead of an unrelated linked portal. It preserves the standard dimension coordinate ratio, requires Balm, and can operate with installation limited to the server; single-player use is also supported.
